You can submit an exchange or return request within 14 days of receiving your order via musterihizmetleri@cazador.com.tr . Please note that the product must not have expired within the 14-day exchange period, and that it has not been washed, used, worn, or resalable. Otherwise, your request will be rejected and the product will be returned to you via courier, postage paid.

FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES, THE ROUND-TIP SHIPPING FEES ARE THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY . The conditions for product returns and exchanges are in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077.

All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated. To ensure warranty coverage, be sure to inspect the product upon delivery. If you detect any damage, file a report and do not accept the product. Any modifications to the product, deformation, or alteration of the product's original design are not covered by the warranty.
