1. General Provisions
This agreement regulates the rules and legal responsibilities regarding the use of cazador.com.tr (“Site”).
It is recommended that you read this agreement before using the site .
If the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement are unacceptable to you, you should not use the site. By using the site and entering your personal information, you are deemed to have confirmed this agreement .
2. Usage and Security Rules
Access to the site is open to all members and the services provided are free of charge unless otherwise stated .
In the following cases, the site administration may block the member's use of the site and reserves its legal rights against the person or persons involved in the following initiatives:
2.a. Posting false, irregular, incomplete and misleading information, statements that do not comply with general moral principles and information that is contrary to the laws of the Republic of Turkey on the site.
2.b. Copying the site content partially or completely without permission
2.c. Users are directly responsible for any damages arising from the sharing of information, such as usernames and passwords, or usage rights, provided to or determined by Users with third parties or organizations (including the use of such information by persons other than Users). Similarly, Users may not use personal information such as an IP address, email address, or username belonging to another person on the Internet, nor may they access or use other users' private information without permission. Users are deemed to have accepted all legal and criminal liability that may arise from such use.
2.d. Using software that would threaten the security of the site, prevent the site and the software used from functioning, performing activities, attempting to perform activities, and obtaining, deleting, or changing information.
3. Content Use
Content shared on the site is protected by copyright, trademark, and rights under the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works . Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute these materials without permission.
4. Responsibilities
4a. Information about users visiting cazador.com.tr (visit duration, time, pages viewed) is tracked to provide better service. This information is shared with companies we collaborate with for advertising purposes, etc., to expand and improve content, adhering to privacy policies. The purpose here is to enhance the site's user experience and to improve cazador.com.tr.com.
4.b. After completing the required fields for registration and confirming the e-mail address, the cazador.com.tr user may begin using the cazador.com.tr.com site by entering his/her e-mail address and password, provided that he/she complies with the terms set forth in this agreement.
4.c. While using the cazador.com.tr website and services, the User agrees to comply with the Turkish Penal Code, the Turkish Commercial Code, the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, the Decree Laws and legal regulations regarding the Protection of Trademark and Patent Rights, the Code of Obligations, the provisions of applicable legislation, and all announcements and notifications published by cazador.com.tr.com regarding its services. All legal, criminal, and financial liability arising from use in violation of these notices and laws shall be the responsibility of the User.
4.d. If it is determined that the User does not comply with the obligations set forth in this agreement or the general rules stated on the cazador.com.tr website, the User may be blocked from using cazador.com.tr temporarily or indefinitely and/or the User's account may be closed by cazador.com.tr.
4.e. The user may not take any action that prevents or obstructs other users and visitors from using cazador.com.tr, or install automated programs to overburden/lock servers or databases. The user may not attempt to cheat. In the event of such a behavior, the user accepts that their membership will be terminated and that they accept all legal and criminal liability that may arise from the situation.
4.f. The User cannot delete or remove any notes regarding Copyright, Trademark and any Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works on any material copied or printed from cazador.com.tr.
4.g. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by the user via cazador.com.tr.com. Upon termination of membership, the user's access to the site will be revoked. The user who cancels their membership accepts that this process is irreversible.
5.Payment Information
The user accepts and undertakes that the payment information (credit card, mobile number information, etc.) used in the purchases made through the site is accurate and that he/she is responsible for the legal and criminal liabilities arising from these.
6. Notification Addresses
6.a. Postal addresses are not requested from site users; the e-mail address provided by the user is accepted as the official notification address .
6.b. E-mail changes must be notified in writing within 3 days ; otherwise, the old e-mail will be considered valid.
6.c. Notifications sent are deemed to have reached the user 1 day after the e-mail is sent . The user declares, accepts and undertakes that he/she has read, understood and accepted all the articles in the participation agreement and confirms the accuracy of the information he/she has provided about himself/herself.
7. Protection of Personal Data
7.a. The relationships between site users and each other or third parties are the responsibility of the individuals.
7.b. Different rules and obligations specific to that section may be specified in certain parts of the site. Individuals and organizations using these sections are deemed to have accepted these rules in advance.
7.c. Users' personal information and privacy are protected by the "Privacy and Payment Security" policy. The user declares that he/she has read, understood, and accepted this policy.
